Drinking Instructions
Two Lowsutea tea bags should be used each day to make a total of 8 cups of 250ml Lowsutea. Good for 30 days consumption.
Should drink one cup 250ml pre & post each meal. To further assist in maintaining better sugar levels throughout the night, drink one cup 250ml cup after dinner and one cup 250ml cup of Lowsutea 1 hour before bedtime.
Lowsutea has no caffeine, therefore, it should not affect your sleep. After steeping, Lowsutea is good to drink hot or cold.
